[Nova nudges right back, relaxing just a little at the bit of normalcy]

Okay. And I can draw the expressions, I've always done the looks on the big, goofy faces funny!

Hey... [A pause and a bounce. as if she were about to say something dramatic] You know you're a nerd, right? The biggest. But I guess that's okay because you wouldn't be any fun otherwise.

[telepro]

You are the best at expressions... [she says with a hum, then snorts and looks over to nova, giving her a most obnoxious pout before leaning in to clonk their foreheads together briefly.] Oh yeah? Aren't you always going on about how you're so cool for school and the most un-nerdiest person you've ever seen? How am I meant to compare if I am a lowly little book-muncher?

[A trilling laugh and lifting up her leg to poke Skywarp with her pede]

Listen, you can be good at all the boring stuff and people will be all 'Ooooh Warp you're so clever and talented and also the best, but Nova Storm is right over there, which is obvious because she's slightly taller!'

Nyerrgh! Nasty jet-boots! [she pushes the foot away, but she's still laughing.] I guess you are a fraction of a millimetre taller, weirdo.

[skywarp nudges nova with her own boot.]

You can be good at this too.

[Another rush of giggle-snorting laughter. She doesn't bother to push the pede away and instead pulls it and Skywarp's other foot across her lap so they can both recline with the casual nonchalance of long experience sharing space]

I could, maybe possibly. It's yours, though! [A pout] You're allowed to have your own stuff, y'know. That isn't mine. I was reading humanformer stuff and twins worry about that kinda stuff? I don't, but! Maybe you do! And you shouldn't have to!

[she prefers it more like this. imagine being some kind of idiot that lives alone, or spends a couple days with a huge gap in their spark! haha! can't be skywarp.]

I don't. It's just putting a dumb pen on a tablet and moving it around! We both got way cooler stuff! I got my teleporting and you got your speed! Humans are wrong about everything and stupid!

[lazily, she reaches out and grasps for nova storm's hand, bringing a datapad and pen out her subspace. they're both new-- evidently she's grabbed them since they've been on the ship. skywarp pushes the pen into nova's hand.]

Go, go, go, go, go, gogogogogogogogo do art!

[Nova wrinkles her nasal ridge with a laugh, but takes the supplies without hesitation and bends to work]

[Her art isn't as polished as Skywarp's, but she's laughing and wiggling happily as she draws. It's hard getting things to look the way they do in her head, but maybe that isn't the point? She bites lightly on the tip of her glossa when she gets to her favorite part, making goofy expressions!]

[When she's done, she turns the datapad around so Skywarp can see its drawing of the Optimus Prime from their universe with his head jammed in a toilet, with Skywarp landed on the back of his helmet, having evidently jammed him into it]

Look look look! I did it! [She beams a smile and wiggles again before shoving the datapad and pen right back at Skywarp] Your turn! Do the colors, go go go go!

[skywarp watches it all come together happily, offering the occasional pointer when nova seems to get hung up on a particular detail. she's not really professional with it, as it's just something she taught herself to do during the war to pass the time, but it's fun and enjoyable to do with her sister which is kind of the point.

she's almost clinging to nova's back by the time she's done, with how she's peering over her shoulder.]

Okay, okay! Haha, it looks so good! I can see your artistique vision! I gotta find a way to make this a reality now Lameatron isn't around to fight a whole-ass Battle of the Bay 2: Battle of the Toilet over it.

[Skywarp falls into another peal of laughter at the joke, curling against Skywarp and pushing lightly at her twin's face with a giggle]

Battle of the Toilet! Yeah! Yeah, you gotta! Just think of the look on his smug face when it gets jammed in!

[A broad smile as she adds:] Wait wait wait, wait, what if you can get him doing one of those dippy speech things right when you do it, about responsibility to the species or whatever. It'll be the best, all cathartic and junk.

Oh, mech, you should've seen his face the first few times I dumped huge slushees from the bar onto him. I didn't get a picture but it was like--

[she pulls back and puts her hands on her cheeks to pull her expression down into an extremely over the top frown.]
